Soarin'
Over California is truly a unique experience. On the attraction, guests
are suspended in front of an IMAX screen, providing the feeling of flying in a
hanglider over various locales in California. The feeling is so real, you can
even feel the wind in your face while flying, and smell oranges as you pass over
orange groves; sitting in Section B, Row A provides the most genuine feeling of
gliding, so be sure to ask for it! Soarin' Over California has a
minimum height requirement of 42" (107cm), and usually has a Standby wait
upwards of half an hour. The attraction does, however, offer Disney's
FASTPASS to help save time.

A nearly identical attraction is now open at Walt Disney World. While the film
remains the same, the queue at Disney World is much more detailed and resembles
an airport. Soarin' at EPCOT replaced "Food Rocks"
in the Land Pavilion.
