A Premium Membership offers an enhanced experience of VisionsFantastic.com with greater user control over content and higher limits for popular features like Avatar size and disk space limits in the Gallery. Registered Members still have full access to all of VF's Media. Below is a listing of the basic services on VisionsFantastic and their respective differences between Registered and Premium Members.

1. How can I pay for a VF Premium Membership?

At this time we are only offering PayPal as a method of Payment. We are unable to accept cash, personal checks or money orders.

2. What does my membership pay for?

Your Membership helps to pay for the services of VisionsFantastic, including our Galleries, VF Arcade, Custom User pages, Radio Station and the general costs of upkeep (software upgrades when necessary).

3. Will other features be added for Registered and Premium Users?

Yes. We are always finding ways to improve VisionsFantastic and our services. New features will be made available to both Registered and Premium Members, and some features may be added exclusively for use by Premium Members.

4. How does VF's Premium Plan compare with other Disney websites?
 

Note: We encourage you to visit these other sites and check out the details of their plans as they have varying degrees of features and add-ons. However, we feel you will find that VF has a much better value overall.

5. If I decide to Quit VF, can I get my money back?

We don't have an automated system for doing pro-rata refunds on your Premium Membership. Only under special circumstances will there be any kind of refund possible. If you are banned from VF for breaking Guidelines, your donation/Membership fee will not be refunded.

6. Will VF have my personal information and is it in danger of being hacked into?

Your payment is strictly done thru PayPal and VF has no access to your credit card or bank account, and any disputes with payment or problems with billing need to be taken up with PayPal and their dispute resolution department. VF will cooperate with PayPal in the event of an billing problem.

7. I'm 17  years old, why can't I become a Premium Member?

Premium Membership has a number of features, including Journal, VF Userpages and access to VF Chat. We feel these services may be unsafe for people under the age of 18.

8. Will features be taken away from regular VF members to entice members to sign up for an Premium account?

No. We have no plans to discontinue any features on VF and only offer them to Premium Members. Typically features that will be added for Premium Members are server or disk space intensive that we simply can't offer to our 10,000 free members.
