Cars Land Grand Opening This media event showcased many new offerings at the park including the new Buena Vista Street, restaurants and shops in Cars Land, along with premieres of several new attractions including the Radiator Springs Racers.
The Little Mermaid:Ariel's Undersea Adventure and Star Tours Grand Openings The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Undersea Adventure was the largest 'dark ride' in the park's history (it would be lose that distinction after the opening of Radiator Springs Racers. The Grand Opening was filled with celebrities and stars from the original, including Jodi Benson and Pat Caroll.
Star Tours Grand Opening Opening nearly the same time as Ariel's Undersea Adventure, Star Tours, the Adventure Continues, had a quick and quaint ceremony in Disneyland's Tomorrowland. You can't have a Star Wars Opening without stormtroopers, right?
