It's a walkthrough. Picture a walkthrough haunted house that you see as roadside attractions, put it in the middle of New York City and give it the detail and theming of a Disney attraction.

I've been meaning to do something with this project for a while, since I really did like the idea. Glad the site is starting to changing your opinion.
