Good luck! Wish I had some experience with Disney interviews to offer, but you have my support. I'm sure of few of our VF CMs will advise you soon enough! Have fun!
So I am flying to California next week for an Interview at Disneyland (among other things) for a possible costuming position. Aside from being nervously excited I was wanting to see if my VF family had any tips they could give me. I know to smile, knock em dead and be myself. But there are probably some key things that people can help me out with.
:)

Ok I've interviewed before and was hired in 2009. But I had to decline because I was offered another job with another company that paid more.
Plus I worked for 2 years at WDW.
1) Eye contact.
2) Smile
3) Be eager without sounding like you are begging for the job. It is a delicate balance. Give the impression that you are willing to try anything new that is offered. Outgoing.
4) Talk like you are talking with a friend, not like it is a stiff interview, it shows more of who you are, not what you are capable of. That is what your resume is for.
I'll post if I think of anything else.

OrcaGal couldn't have said it any better. Do those things, and you'll make a great impression on the interviewer. Considering this was about a week ago, how di the interview go?!

Disney likes to see and hear how prospective employees are in line with company models and values. Without explicitly stating Disney's policies to your interviewer, ensure through your responses and behavior that you exemplify Disney's 'service' model:
SERVICE
Smile
Eye Contact / Body Language
Respect and Welcome
Value the Magic
Initiate Guest Contact
Create Service Solutions
End with a Thank You
