    Talking The Parent Trap (1998)

I love The Parent Trap, if you like this topic hit yes and start discussing about the georgeous Lindsay Lohan back in the day when she played as Hallie and Annie (Parker and James). The movie still makes me excited now and then when it comes on TV, sometimes i even watch it; still makes me happy.

I really enjoy the references back to TPT with Hailey Mills. In the theatre, I think I almost died laughing when the mother-in-law to be came out and said "you may call me aunt vikkie," and it still gets me. There are several, which is a very nice nod, and I think that they updated the film to be current is a way that still made it a good remake. It is similar to Freak Friday. Herbie the Love Bug, I cannot say the same for. Though in all honesty, I have yet to see that all the way through.

It was a nice way to show how much women's roles have changed in the thirty or forty years between the two movies. My favorite character has always been the mother and I love that they developed her character from being a society matron to a successful career woman.

I love this movie. It is one of my favorite movies, not just a favorite Disney movie. It's "brilliant beyond brilliant"! I like every character and I especially like Cheesy and the butler together. I love the music and the opening and closing titles. I taped the movie a few years ago when I happened to find it on the Disney channel and enjoy watching it. Your post reminds me to see it again.

I have no idea about what model camera is in that scene. If you are a member of Internet Movie Database (IMDB), you can post a question under the listing for the movie and maybe someone will know the answer there. It looked like a really great camera.

Unfortunately, Natasha passed away after an impact to her head while sking on holiday with her family. She complained of a headache, but neither she nor staff recognized that as a potentially serious symptom and she received emergency treatment too late. As far as I know she never had a cancer diagnosis. She was a beautiful person and gifted actress who left us too soon.
