Fantasia used to be a flavor of ice cream made especially for Disney by Carnation when they sponsored the Gibson Girl. When Dryers took over, Fantasia disappeared.
I was reading a book called Sweet Dreams by Robin Jones Gunn. There is a part in the book where 4 of her characters go on a day trip to Disneyland and while in NOS, indulge in a treat called a Fantasia ice-cream cone. It was described as "greenish Rocky Road ice cream."
Did this treat really exist at one point do you know?
Are there any other food items you've heard of but are not sure if they exist(ed)?

I started working at Main Street restaurants the last year the Gibson Girl was serving it and helped with the conversion to dryers removing all the carnation ice cream lol it never dawned on me to try it till it was too late to try it, looked off but i did some digging and found an old conversation and a user said.
"If you have a Cold Stone Creamery near you, you can have them mix up a batch. Ask for a base of sweet cream ice cream with pistachio syrup (and chopped pistachios if they have them—chopped walnuts if they don't) mixed with cherry pie filling and banana."
if not get some pistachio ice cream, cherry ice cream and banana ice cream and mix 'em.
may not be the exact same thing but better then nothing till one day if any it will be brought back. ^^
