Yeah, everyone keeps insisting that that's probably the best place for it, but I'm still having difficulty wrapping my head around it not being in a castle park (as it is in California and Japan and used to be in Florida). Then after much agonizing, I finally came across another in a long line of aborted Disneyland concepts: Mickey's Mad House, thought of for the nixed Dumbo's Circusland. I took that concept and made it my own with "Mickey's Fun House", a dark ride for Storybook Circus. You can look at that here: http://www.visionsfantastic.com/foru...ad.php?t=31638.

As for the small, cramped spaces at the Studios, yeah, that's also a bit of a problem, but maybe they could get rid of many of the older buildings, especially near the back. That might help clear out some space.

well I'm still sticking with the idea for the park. Having said that, the house for mickey in Tokyo and Hong Kong have always been counted as his real house as well. So it doesn't really matter. Plus kids burn out quickly they play for in the park til 5 fall sleep wake up then after the fireworks they fall asleep for good.

Well, they keep insisting that Mickey's real home is in Disneyland, conveniently ignoring Tokyo. And I thought Mickey's house in Hong Kong was closed about two or three years ago.

Anyway, everyone keeps insisting that the best place for another Toontown is at the Studios. I've pretty much become resigned to it being located here. I was thinking of a set-up similar to Cars Land, but with a fancy movie palace at the end of the main drag, which is to be home to a new E-ticket ride.

Another difference is the lack of character homes (they just don't fit the theme of the Studios, such as it is). Instead, character meet-n-greets will now be housed in what looks like a Toon-style hotel. But I don't want the hotel to actually be tall (might end up dwarfing the Tower of Terror, knock on wood). Everyone thinks that the only solution there is simply forced perspective. What are anyone's thoughts on this?
