Batman arkham city sequel my ideas

I have an idea for a sequel to Batman Arkham City, feel free to share ideas and suggest.

Anyway here's my ideas,

BATMAN: ARKHAM MEGA ISLAND :

OVERVIEW: This game will some contain elements from The Dark Knight Returns and will take place 10 years after Arkham City.

PLOT: 20 years after the events of Arkham City, Bruce Wayne a.k.a Batman is retired ever since the crimes rates went low. However things come into action when a new group led by an eldery Two-Face who seeks revenge on his enemies has taken control of both Arkham Island and the former Arkham City. With the threats of Gotham soon to be eventually morphed into one huge mega Arkham island, Bruce dons the Batsuit and returns to liberate Gotham from crime once again and orders Nightwing and Robin to help him defend the city but insisting they split up. But, on the way they face a even more challenging foe a resurrected Joker who also seeks revenge but on Batman along with other criminals like Penguin and such.
