DL Park Meet Up for Walt's and Ex's Bday Extravaganza Extraordinaire!!!!!!

Well this is odd. Other sites say it is on the 3rd and 4th, but Disney's own site mentions nothing about it.

Seems kinda close in timeframe to have the processional then the fireworks as well as Fantasmic. That is going to make Disneyland one clustered nightmare!

Candlelight is definitely this weekend, it's why the Parades are happening so early, and why the showtimes for most of the shows have been altered.

Hmm, that is so strange! I've read numerous places its the 3rd & 4th and have seen photos of them setting up for it already. Weird!

So I should just break up the shows over the 2 days. Maybe WoC on Monday and just stay in DL for the Fan and fireworks. I don't need to see the candlelight deal.

I tend to go to Disneyland on sundays, so maybe I'll actually participate in something for once! haha. It'd be nice to meet some more Disney enthusiasts in person.

So I am thinking we are gonna do the fireworks then the last Fantasmic show afterwards and then do WoC on Monday since the Candlelight thingy is happening and it will be really congested.

Eric, I'm not going to make it tonight. My oldest is still awake!! He's so excited he can't sleep!! Lol. Totally remember doing the same thing as a kid. We will be there tomorrow. Eric I so wanted to make it out Sunday or Monday. Gil had been in touch with me and let me know that he was going to be out there too. I have been battling a cold and I know its best that I just stay in and get better. Wish I could be there. Have an awesome time!!

Thank you all! I wish you could have been there too. We had a blast just meandering with no real direction and sometimes a clear direction LOL. We just let it flow and moved along from ride to ride and food. And Ariel's Grotto for drinks. It was a tiring 2 days and I just woke up at noon. Also very cold out there too. Sadly the winds picked up yesterday and canceled shows. Yet all in all a good day. I saw you sent me a pm Disneylover, but I was gone from friday night till this morning and I rarely check the forums when not at home. It really would have been fun to meet up with you guys.
