    #6- Soundsational AP Event

    10 Comments by reggroyx9d9 Published on 10-13-2011 10:52 AM
Hello everyone! Last night, I attended a special Annual Passholder event at Disneyland that featured a nighttime performance of Mickey's Soundsational Parade, as well as an opportunity afterward to see some of the floats up close!

    Aladdin!

    Mary Poppins!

    The Three Caballeros!

Also, each new photo report will feature my weekly highest score on Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters. This round featured myself and VF user Aurorasmiles!

All these pictures and more can be found here.

EDIT: I've added more pictures provided VF User Aurorasmiles, thank you again for being my backup photographer!

Also, here's the follow-up from my ride challenge last week!

Have a great week everyone! (Expect a special spooktacular update next week!)

Gregory I am so glad that you stuck around a little longer and got that pic of the Three Caballeros! I must add that I am very happy to be in this update...haha!
This was a great evening. I hope that more events like this will happen!

Crystal I only knew about the event because I saw DaddyB post about it on Facebook. A very big thank you too you DaddyB! I then went to the Disney Parks Blog site to check it out. After that I made certain to subscribe to the Disney Parks Blog. As an APH I don't believe I received an email from Disney about the event. If I did I mistakenly deleted it. That was my first AP event, so it was exciting, as I'm sure all of them are. If I ever hear of anything I will be sure to share the news!

Thanks Greg for including the photos. Its fun to see my pics in the update. I kinda like "backup photographer"...haha!

Hi Lita!! I saw DaddyB's post too. I just wish Disney would have announced it a bit earlier so the AP holders from further away could have had enough time to plan a quick trip. There wasn't enough time for me to request time off. My work is picky about last minute requests. Hopefully, next time!! I'm so happy you all had a great time. =)

LOL Nice Greg!!!! Way to be a trooper! Thanks for the update and the fun video. Maybe next time we can challenge it more and get 2 people spinning it and make it faster!
The only thing I have to compare with you on this is I did ride Revolution 10 or more times in a row without getting off the ride. I do not recommend it as that ride is quite old and jarring and not very roomy for sitting 10 plus rides through.
