VF Radio Requests is a unique feature on Visions Fantastic - An All-Requests Online Radio Station that plays music from the Disney Parks, Disney Films and other related material. When no requests are made, titles are chosen at random (Random Play).
All registered VF Members have access to VF Radio Requests and are able to request up to 3 titles every hour. The system automatically keeps track of your votes - they reset every 60 minutes. Premium Members have up to 6 requests (or 'votes' as the system calls them).
To request a title, use the Search Feature, or browse the library by album, artist or genre. When you're ready to request a title, select the box next to the title, then at the bottom choose "Vote" in the dropdown, and click the "Perform action on all checked files". Your selected titles will go into a the queue and will be listed on the right-hand side of the screen and will play on the broadcast in the order in which they are requested. You can use another vote to "move up" your selection in the queue. If you make a mistake, you can go to the queue list and "unvote" your selection, getting your votes back to make other selections.
Guidelines
25 -Minute Limit
Keep in mind, as a courtesy to other listeners, please limit your total request time to 25 minutes. If you request a long selection (15 minutes or more), refrain from requesting again until 1 hour after your request has played).
Repeating or Overplaying Tracks
If you're just tuning in, make sure you check the Play History so you can see what titles have recently played. You should avoid requesting titles that have recently played. Even though you didn't hear the title, other listeners have. Help keep the playlist fresh by requesting unique titles and avoid overplaying popular titles.
Report Abuse to Staff
Click the "Report Abuse" link to report radio abuse to VF Staff Members. Only VF Staff Members can (and should) enforce guidelines. You, as a user should never contact another user about abuse. Users abusing VF Radio Requests will have their number of votes reduced or removed completely. Intentional abuse or spamming of the system will result in your IP address being blocked and your ISP may be contacted.
Submissions
If you wish to submit a clip to VF Radio Requests, please contact the Webmaster: webmaster@visionsfantastic.com Note: Not all submissions will be chosen for the request system.
