I was wondering that also. Maybe it will be more of a side attraction in a different land, like how GRR was in Condor Flatts.

Except the Wild Mouse in UT is waaaay less fun and much more...jerky? For lack of a better word, ha ha. I live by Lagoon, and I hate the Wild Mouse. Every time I've ridden it I've left with whiplash, but Mulholland Madness/Goofy's Sky School feels a lot less violently jerky. I think the UT version is shorter, too, but don't quote me on that...

I think Disney Imagineering takes the essence of what a Wild Mouse coaster is but makes it more pleasant for people to ride.

So I went yesterday. I smiled at reading one of the walls with the saying "The Fences Are About To Come Down! -Summer 2012-" I can't believe it's been FIVE YEARS since this has been announced! I'm going to fess up at missing the walls, because without them, there's not much to look forward to. Sure, there will be future attractions, but this giant MONSTER of a task is finally complete...

But I've been curious for Carsland. In Cars 2, they establish that Doc's character died along with Paul Newman. Also worth mentioning, they originally had plans to include Doc in Radiator Springs Racers... So will he be replaced by a different character? And will Cars 2 characters be included as well?

It has been clarified Cars Land will be taking place in a Cars 1.5 universe, after the first movie but before the second, and Doc is still alive.

Hm... I hope it's a non-speaking cameo though. I liked the fact Pixar didn't choose to include him in the sequel as a sign of respect. Also, it can get pretty noticeable when they switch up voice actors, though in some cases, it's been well hidden.

I was also hoping to see Finn McMissile hanging around or something. Maybe somewhere along the road, (Pun not intended,) when they give Carsland an upgrade. Think about how fun some spy gear could make Radiator Springs Racers!

Westcoaster has some great pictures of it. The buildings are nearing completion, save for a few minor details. Luigi's still needs the neon from what I can tell, and the rockwork for Racers is getting there. And the tractors are already in place for Mater's.

Miceage has video of Mators tractors ride testing. Looks like the neon is up on Luigi's and Ramone's as well. It is so exciting to see all the detail coming together! I wonder if they will have old looking blacktop and then really fresh/new looking blacktop from where McQueen paved it? That would be awesome!

They're really great with detail (I mean, the Mr. Potato Head AA blinks one eye at a time, just like the toys in the movies), so this might not be a big hassle for them! But what I am REALLY looking forward to is the statue of Stanley!

Also, Lizzie's shop looks done. They have all the "HERE IT IS" signs and whatnot already, so I'd at least hope they're done.

Going to take TONS of pictures with and of that thing when it's there. The only thing that would make that is the little fountain stream right in front of it!

    Just soooo excited for Carsland!

I'm ready for Buena Vista Street. I've read some very exciting things about it, and it looks like it's going to turn out beautifully.
I keep wishing it could be that way, because my world would be a Wonderland.

I'm just so excited for Carsland. Most of the time at Disney parks, the story and its world end after the ride and you're back into whatever Land you were in, but for Carsland, the story continues until you step off the Land.
