Hi, I'm rosariospatola. My username is my name since I was using this forum site when I was volunteering as a referee for the roller derby for a few years. I use to visit VF I'd like to say practically around when it started, after I visited Disneyland in the fall of '03, (my first trip there,) and going on HMH a million times I loved everything Disneyland. I found VF after that. I thought about VF while I was playing my Disneyland albums and thought I'd finally join :) I researched everything I could about Walt and Disneyland, and it's good to know there are other obsessives! As much as I love Disneyand and everything classic Disney, I'm crazy about the park soundtracks!

Hello, there! I'm Tyler, that guy in the bow tie. In addition to being a bow tie enthusiast, I'm also a die-hard Disney fan. Disney has been a big part of my life since I was very young, and it has encouraged to have big dreams and a bigger imagination. I'm an 18-year-old college student majoring in Theatre. I'm a performer and an aspiring professional theatre director. I've had an account on VF before, and I'm very excited to be back!

    Howdy Folks,

I have been listening to VF Radio for quite some time now and never realized there was this really AWESOME forum with lot's of good information, tips, rumors, and memories. I WAS a medic in the Air Force for 21 years, I just recently, April 20, 2013, retired from service. I served in major events such as Desert Storm, George Bush Sr edition, Operation Noble Eagle, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Hurricane Katrina/ Rita relief efforts as well as other lesser known campaigns and deployments. My trips always culminated in Disneyland Paris, which I was lucky to talk to it's primary designer, Tony Baxter, and the designer of the dragon under the castle Terry Jackson, both awesome and creative people. I also have been to Walt Disney World. Who does not get stationed in Florida and go to WDW?!? Shades of Green is awesome! And since I live out here on the West Coast, Disneyland is home base since 1969.

I grew up on Disney, Daniel Boone, Davy Crockett, Mickey Mouse Club, Wonderful World of Disney, Apple Dumpling gang, etc. I have one more job to shed before I can apply to the Park as a retired guy drawing an extra check and enjoying making people happy. As my avatar and stage name suggest, I am an avid fan of Walt's private little railroad.

I am a hobbiest now. I am currently building the Olszewski Disneyland Main Street, I need 7 more pieces to complete my table. Very exciting to work on such a beautiful piece and surround it with not one, but 2 beautiful trains. I have the Lowell Smith CK Holliday and the Bachmann EP Ripley. I also am currently working on a backyard "Garden" scale model of aspects of the Park as well. My theme will be aspects and buildings of Frontierland, New Orleans Square Station, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and a center piece of a 5' long Mark Twain. Garden scale is large and 5' is 1/24 scale which is what the trains and buildings are.

Feel free to message me, chat, whatever. When I figure out how to post photos, I can share my projects with you all.

    Thanks.
