    The Parade similarly does not operate during Winter months because of the shortened operating hours of the Park and poorer weather.

    Regarding the Parade, I believe the schedule is the way it is because it is seasonal in nature. There's a rumor it may be coming back to Disneyland later next year as the Main Street Electrical Parade. As far as petitions go, Disney makes it decisions based on customer surveys and market research, not web petitions.
