I think a thread to support our weight loss/healthy lifestyle would be great. Though I am not a good starter of threads, how would you feel about starting it? Or do you think Adri's thread about the VF Sparkteam is good? I think its a good tool, but a thread aside from that might be good too. Let me know what you think. Thanks too for always being positive and supportive, it really makes a difference for some of us.
