I guess the logic here is that most of the Pleasure Island area is more about grownup fun and less about a place for kids. Turning DQ into a ESPN Sportszone just confirms that, especially since there is already an ESPN club down at the Boardwalk resort. Or was. Not sure. Should have added this to the All Star Sports or taken out Planet Hollywood and saved DisnetQuest for the kids.

I've not been to the water parks... but I loved shopping at Downtown Disney

personally I don't think it's possible to go 5-7 days and need to get away from the parks... but we did the recreation bit the last time and I think that helped :)

Well, all ESPN Zones come with a really cool arcade with lots of kid-friendly sports-themed games. Looking at the popular games of today, those are probably the best type of games for kids anyway. And ESPN Zone's have TVs in the bathrooms! What's not to love?

The rub with the ESPN Zone going in at DTD is that the ESPN Club at the Boardwalk will probably close. PROGRESS! Who needs it – Bring back Horizons!

The water parks are really cool and a definite “to do” if you have the time. It has been a few years since I went to Typhoon Lagoon but I really enjoyed it – Blizzard Beach is awesome. A great break from the always on the go atmosphere of the parks….
