Fantasmic! as a concept is over 15 years old now. Other parks would require a fresher idea, like World of Color.

Agreed. But not World of Color exactly, something similar to it but not exactly. I don't want a clone.

I'm pretty sure some World of Color nozzles are going to spray even higher than the Fountains of Bellagio. If not, then they will be pretty comparable in height.

I wouldn't want one either, but if World of Color was brought to WDW, folks in WDW would have no idea that it's a clone. Most WDW guets believe Block Party Bash is an original to Hollywood Studios, and Soarin' flies over New York City among other places.

....

Wow.

But I can understand why, seeing as majority of WDW visitors aren't locals like Disneyland's visitors.

But where on earth in the MK would they put it? There's no body of water big enough to hold that huge of a show. Have you seen the construction of World of Color? It's huge.

The only places World of Color could work in WDW is Epcot in World Showcase Lagoon, and Hollywood Studios @ Hollywood Hills Ampitheatre (where Fantasmic! is played).

This is true, but I think even the HHA is questionable because while it does have a giant lake-type thing around it, it's just not as big as this lake is for World of Color...it could possibly work if WDW was willing to eliminate Fantasmic! and remove the mountain and just have the whole thing be a lkae, I think...

I don't know about the Hollywood Hills Ampitheater, I think it's too small. I think either at Epcot World Showcase Lagoon or at the Animal Kingdom Lagoon.

The thing is it wouldn't make any sense in Epcot or AK unless they changed the theme of the show. World of Color is designed to be very reprogrammable if they want to add/remove scenes for new movies or for a holiday overlay. They could easily do a World of Color type of show at Epcot, but they'd have to change it to fit the theme of the park.
