Since I'm going to Walt Disney World in January I'm just wondering what are the best snacks at the Disney parks? I never was able to buy snacks, well except for meals. I'm just wondering what I should buy if I happen to want a snack. Do y'all know?

Churros top everything in the Disney snack department.
The mickey-shaped pretzels are also delectable. And though they're not distinctly Disney, I do love a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich from Tollhouse. They usually have them at the ice cream carts.

Also, when the florida humidity combines with the tropical heat in order to produce the feeling of a pressure cooker, go with the minute maid frozen lemonades (they used to be called 'Chill', but I guess this is the competition's version of it). I'd also recommend the Mickey Jawllipop (anyone know where I could get these outside the park?). They have a very unique taste, adn better still, you don't have to finish it all in one sitting. The plastic cover it comes in snaps on and off, making it perfect for stashing in a bag and whipping out while in line.

i will have to agree the Churros are an awesome snack :) but they're not as good when they start to get cold...but if u want a HUGE selection of snacks go to Magic Kingdom...on mainstreet its a great candy store that sells EVERYTHING fudge, candyapples, cotton candy,cookies,chips.jellybeans...etc U NAME IT!! :) and Magic Kingdom has the most snacks period because on mainstreet their a popcorn stand by the train station, a bakery by the candy store and an icecream shop in the same plaza...

I think the best snack is the smoked turkey leg that can be found in every park. Grant it some might argue it is a meal because it is so big but IMHO it is a little slice of heaven.
Beyond the turkey legs I think the best snacks are in Epcot. Crepes des Chefs de France in the France pavilion of World Showcase is excellent. The funnel cake kiosk near American Adventure is good if you want something fried and sweet that isn't a churro. If you want something light and on the healthy side the Tabouleh at Tangierine Cafe in the Morocco pavilion is a steal at $1.95. Staying with savory items the Cantina Nachos at Cantina de San Angel are decent but not as good as the fish and chips at Yorkshire County Fish Shop in the Great Britain pavilion. Outside of the parks you will also find some great snack offerings in the hotels. During my trip in May I discovered a fantastic yogurt parfait in the Roaring Forks (Disney's Wilderness lodge) quick service restaurant that was delicious and it counted as a snack on our dining plan. |

I'm sure that they are the same throughout the Kingdom but at the Disney Studios You must try the caramel apple in the sweet shop!!!(It's next to the villain store) They are fantastic!!!!!!!! I always HAVE to buy mine there... and if you are on the dining plan they count as a snack.... but be careful of the ones you choose, some of the more fancy ones do not count.... ( I think the rule is under $4 but someone can correct me if I am wrong)

AHHH I wish i rememeberd...lol. I use to use the disney dining plan at work..I think the limit is around 4 or 5 dollars...but just so everyone knows, fantasyland merchandise is very strange on the disney snack plan. Sometimes we would accept it on the busy seasons but most times we did not. (as far as i know fantasyland is the only land that you have to be careful with.)

AHHH TURKEY LEGS!! IT HAUNTS ME!!!! I never liked them...lol. After seeing what wonderland put up, I think the best place to get a snack is in Epcot. Epcot has sooo many different foods and desserts that I think that is the place to experience all of them....
