Default Need Advice

First, if this post violates any rules, I truly apologize.

Can anyone tell me what this may be worth, if anything?

I have an engineering drawing (looks like an original) of EPCOT dated 7/23/79.

Drawing Scale: 1 inch = 100 feet

Unit Name: Site Plan
Sheet Title: Area Development
Sheet Number: AD-101

Approx: 3 feet 6 inches wide X 6 feet 6 ˝ inches tall white paper with engineering blue ink.

There are no smudges, stains, folds, or creases. There is one small tear on the corner but does not impede on the drawing itself.

Includes the parking area, and entire EPCOT identifying areas for:

- Future World
- Spaceship Earth
- Universe of Energy
- Journey into Imagination
- World of Motion
- "Future Water Storage"

World Showcase for:

- Mexico
- China
- Germany
- Italy
- American Adventure
- Japan
- France
- United Kingdom
- Canada

And areas for future expansion

If anyone can point me in the right direction to someone who can help, I certainly appreciate it.

Is it a reproduction? There are lots of blueprint reproductions out there available for souvenirs.

I don't believe it is.

I've never seen a blueprint reproduction this size.

A local store here sells them pretty big. Repros of all sorts of things from maps of the entire disneyland park to rides and attractions.

Also, and I am sorry, but I'm a teacher....your title should say "Need Advice" with a c.

You may want to look around ebay to see if anyone has something simmilar, and what it is selling for.

If you have an original Disney blueprint, it's worth a lot of money.

Where did you get it? You would need to have it authenticated to really get an idea of what it's worth. The originals are extremely rare. I've never seen one on ebay, but that's just me. They could have been there at some time.

There are a lot of very clever copies around.

That's a big sheet but it is a big park. Typically engineer drawings are 42"x30" or 36"x24". They most likely would of used pencil if it was an original engineer drawing. Unless it is a presentation drawing which it sounds like it is. If it was an actual architectural or civil sheet to use in a construction set, they would have used a smaller scale to show specific notes, details, and dimensions. I'm thinking that you may see some light pencil marks / outlines. They could have used a blue pencil because the blue doesn't get picked up by blueprint machines.
