Default Who wishes we got Summer Nightastic?

Well the title says it all.

I just finished watching the "What's Next" press event video through the magic of Youtube and am so jealous. Ha ha.

How come we don't get a big press event? I don't mean to whine but hey WDW has been left out for a really long time.

They get a better Fantasmic while we stick with the same one we've had for more than a decade. They get a new and more technologically advanced fireworks show (WITH DUMBO!!!) and we stick with the one we have now.

Honestly I'm not whining, I'm just saying that wer deserve respect.(I hope that was the nice way to put it...) We are the most left out resort out of all the Disney Parks except for maybe HKDL but that's out of the question.

well, WDW has two Innoventions... and I hear a lot of fans of RDCT don't even want this show with Dumbo. and from our side, it looks like DLC, the first Disney park is the most left out. You guys get all the TV specials, almost everything from Disney 365 on Disney Channel is there, and books take place there (Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom by Cory Doctrow, Mystery at Walt Disney World by Carole Marsh, and VF's fave, the Kingdom Keepers series (most of them)) all we have for DL is... is.. Disneyland Adventure (aka the best ice show in the world)

yeah i know... no one really does. i just thought i'd throw that in there. but you guys have like six humungo parks including the water parks. how many parks does DL have? two cramped ones. but I think I'd prefer DL over MK any day, but that's just cause I grew up with it and not MK

Apparently the new fireworks show is only going to be used for the summer then "Remember" will return

I agree with this! All the Disney specials are at Disney World and Disneyland is always just referred to. The one thing I'd love to see more of about DL are the weddings they do at the DL Resort because WDW always gets the attention when it comes to Disney Weddings.

We out here at Disneyland often feel like WDW is the place that gets everything. I say its high time we got to have something unique for just us.

^yup! i mean during the fiftieth, it's like Disney only spent money on us for a couple months, then shifted off to WDW for Everest and countless other things.

Yes but specials on TV are quite minor. Wishes I have no problem with, but... Okay.

Disneyland gets a new parade pretty much every 5 years, we have one that's about 9 years old.

WDW does not get everything so don't feel like we do, we feel like DL gets everything. You have your own unique rides in FantasyLand that we don't have, while the rides we have in our FantasyLand every other park has.

Conclusively I'm just saying that DL is better then WDW as far as entertainment and some rides, while WDW is left our from the other parks..

well, at least the Muppets visited your resort... (am I one of the only people who remembers that?) There's even rumors of the Monsters Coaster being built, which everyone thinks that's a great thing to do. we have that Fantasyland-style dark ride, which is okay, but you guys might be getting a DOOR COASTER, and TDL has got Ride and Seek.

That's true.

We are also supposed to get a Fantasyland refurbishment which looks promising, but they have to work fast at least before the 45th Anniversary.
