So you mean that disneyland still have some old parade units backstage?

I dont know about backstage, but I know they kept some old ones. A friend of mine told me that 4 POD units were old Hercules units Lion King, Ariel , Pinocchio and BATB. And Finale is a old Light Magic Unit.

Well you could say they do since most all of the ACF units are from other parades or from 1994. Opening unit used to be the opening unit in World According to goofy parade from 1992 as well as all of the books. Ice Rink is god knows how old. Gazebo unit was in Goofy parade and was in a Fantasia Parade and was in another parade that i cant remember.

One time when I went and saw Spectro the fog shooters on the Jolly Roger malfunctioned and-idk how 2 really describe it- but they shot semi up into the air almost like a small backfire onto the float....

But i think it would be nifty if MK got Fantillusion but i agree with LightTech when he says that sum of the floats deffinetly couldnt make the route

C02 has its nasty side and can do stuff like that. I remember one time when I used that stuff, I put a little to much pressure into the tube and the tube split and BOOOM!!

When Disney Dreams Come True Parade changes to the new parade route are floats/dancers...etc going to be cut out or will the entire parade fit around the hub to go back down Main Street?

It will all pull into the hub then when Princess clears MS the front will continue back down.

Last rehearsal it was in the run. They said they might remove it, but as of a month ago it was in the rehearsal.

Ok so this is a really really dum question...but they've already started rehersals for DTC? If so, have they done so in the other parks where parades are "going"?

What do you mean, and whats DTC? They have done after hour rehearsals with drivers and floats only to rehearse the parking sequence.

sorry DCT...flipped the letters....the dreams come true parade...and yea it makes sense that they've done it already i just wouldn't have guessed they had..

They have been working on Plan "B" for the past 4 months. They originally were going to drive it up the Fantasyland bridge around tea cups and exit in the gate by TT, which parades started there in 1988. They tested the larger floats going through the tea cup passage, and even had horticulture there to cut down tree branches if needed. They then tried the hub idea they seemed to like it, so later the decision was made to do that
