Is the HVAC system in the MK expensive?

Hi there VF! I am currently working on an Apartment building project for school, and I am planning on solving the waste issue with the HVAC system, is it expensive? is it worth for a 5 apartment buildings complex?

It's AVAC actually. Sorry, I work Custodial at MK. I had to correct you

And I'd assume it's expensive. I don't know what the exact cost is but it's a huge vacuum tube that sucks up light trash so... yeah.
