I read your review, 6/10 would be good for CADCT1.0, though personally after watching it over and over (on YouTube), I'd give it a 4/10. I really think that you will like the new parade better, though they did cut the villains out, sorry about that.

Either way, as you can tell DisneyParksFan112 and I love the new parade (to some extent). For CADCT2.0 I'd give it a 7 or 8/10. Not as great as DDCT in my book, but at least it's better now.

OK! Time for a first hand report!!

I went to the world May 1st through 8th. When I went to MK on CADCT 1.0’s last day, I went to City Hall to see where the Show Stops were going to be. The guy there said he had no clue (not in those words! I don’t remember what his response was but it was very polite.) He then told me that they decide on the show stops an hour before CADCT, There is always a show stop in town square.
Keep in mind that this was on CADCT 1.0’s last Day. I watched CADCT on Main Street near the castle and saw 2 show stops, Main Street –Town Square and Castle-Main Street. I don’t know about FL that day as we stayed on Main Street for Ice cream after CADCT.

On Tues, I was back at MK for CADCT 2.0. I decided to watch from the same place as on Sat. When I was on Main Street, I saw 1 show stop, It looked like it was From Tomorrowland-Main Street. After Goofy went into the castle hub, My Family decided to do the mountains in FL again. So, we took the bridge from AL to LS by the smoking area, and CADCT stopped again. My mother and I went by the bell in LS and it looked to me that the Castle Float was on the LS side of the new LS bridge. I have no idea where the opening banner would be in FL.

Every Youtube video I’ve looked at, and the day I was at MK for CADCT 2.0, there has been no show stops in Town Square. Is that because of crowds, or the new parade style? Crowds at MK were not bad on the 2 days I was there except for people leaving after Spectro on May 2nd, so why would MK measure the Show stops on crowds? Did they do Magical Moments/SADCT that way? Does weather play a role, like how hot is it?

When I followed CADCT 2.0 to Splash, I was far enough behind the parade to hear the Exit song being cued in along the route. LOVED the exit song! Is there a Soundtrack online of CADCT 1.0 or 2.0 with the full Opening, Parade , Show Stop and Exit?

Well BPBFan I agree with you completely we like it to a certain to a certain extent. I think the music in DDCT is better though.

Honestly I don't know how the whole show stop locations work I'm not too sure about it. In Magical Moments they had better show stops and they of course had the almost all around the park not just on Main Street U.S.A. and Frontierland.

For the Big 40th Anniversary I say they should create a parade that tops the Parade of Dreams and like Jubilation!(impossible...)

There are induction(s) out there on the internet, but how you are going to get them is a little tough. The people that have them are not exactly easy going (no offense to them, they are just being protective of what's theirs).

EDIT: There was some music that was temporarily available on the internet, but it has since been removed by the uploader at his/her choice.

Did they get rid of Winnie the Pooh from Aladdin's float? I thought I heard him in the float loop and read the lyrics above but did not see him on the float in one video.

Another question...what did happen to that platform on the top of the castle float? All I see there is another spire, except it's fat. The Fairy Godmother in the Christmas Parade stands on that platform that seems to appear and disappear at whim.

EDIT: I just learned that there are supposedly two versions of the castle float. Can anyone expand upon this?

Winnie the Pooh was indeed removed from the parade. He was there originally, but is gone in the new version.

Not sure, but they probably just covered over the platform. They also had Mickey up there last year while the opening float was being changed over to the CADCT version.

As for two versions of the castle float... not sure on that.
