I just got my Digital rebel Xt...for 742(2 year service and tax) i didnt buy the memory card because i was going to get one on ebay. So far i think the Xt is the best entry level DSLR that anyone can get. After all the Rebel XTi is going to be released soon and the price of the XT is going to go down by about 100bucks or so

I agree, I purchased the Rebel XT for about... AU$1300 Six months ago, and have since taken it to WDW, it is a great camera and got some greats shots, especially of illuminations! At the moment, I have a 1gb card, which got maxed out suprisingly quickly at Disney :P

For digital I have a Rebel XT, and I LOVE it!!!!!!! The photos in my siggy and avatar were taken August 31 of this year with that camera and the small sizes just don't do them justice

I've also shot photos at Disney with my film cameras a Rebel XST and a Canon AE-1... yeah I only buy Canon. and I got great photos with them as well...

I highly recommend canon... :) (but I will agree the powershots are pretty slow)

2. NIKON D50
3. Canon EOS 350D DIGITAL
4. Canon EOS 20D
5. NIKON D70

I use the Pentax Optio W10, and I LOVE IT! One of the best things about it that it is waterproof, so I don't have any worries using it in the rain or on those "wet" rides.

I have been a Sony person from the get go. Started with the FD-91, with the 14x optical zoom (WOW). Replaced that with a CD300 which I really liked but I really wissed the zoom. So about a year ago I upgraded to a Sony H1. Takes awsome pictures and now I just got a fisheye lens and cant wait to take some pics at disneyland. Only drawback with the H1 is the sometimes long wait time between shots when using the flash indoors. Other than that- nothing

I just repaced my Kodak DX6490 with a Kodak P712. It is a DSLR Style (without the price!) 7.1 MP, 12x Opitcal, 5x Digital (Total of 60x zoom) I bought the DSLR style, so that I can use filters and ultimatly add a wideangle lense. It also has a Flash Hot Shoe, making this camera the next best thing to DSLR. I've only had it about a week now, but it is awesome, 16 more days until I try it out at DLR!!
