Help me download videos to PSP

Help! My cousin bought a PSP and we want to know how to download Visions Fantastic videos on it. Can anyone help me out by giving me instructions?

If you have wifi, go to the browser, then directly to the VF Gallery, and download any ipod format videos. I recommend downloading from Almandot's gallery.

If you don't have wifi, plug in your PSP to your computer, download the videos, and simply drag and drop your movies into the PSP Video folder.

Remember-I believe the only types of video format supported by the PSP are AVC and Mpeg4.
