Thumbs down Sweet!

That is some of the best news that I have heard in a looooong time!

I am curious.... are there any CMs out there who know what that space was being used for when it was closed? Was it sitting there being used for storage? Was the art still there, but just unavailable to the public?

Next goal should be to put in a new version of the Skyway!

I heard this was closed because of 9/11, however I don't understand why. Does anyone know? I don't understand how this could really be used as a terrorist spot or what not. Or was is just a co-winky-dink?

Question Sleeping Beauty's Castle Walk-Thru

From DaddyB's photo update, I have learned a rumor about the walk-thru in Sleeping Beauty's Castle is returning since it's closing on September 11.

For those of you who don't remember it, it's a little walk-thru inside the castle that had scenes from Sleeping Beauty.

So, I'm wondering: is it true?

Post all that you read, heard, etc. here.

Sincerely, a brother of a half-demon,
Sesshomaru-sama

Yes, it's reopening sometime around the holiday season and I'm really excited. I'm pretty sure I've only been through it once when I was a kid but I want to see it again when it reopens.

Wow, Disneyland doesn't bring back many closed attractions. Off hand, I can't think of any. Did the canoes close down a while back? If so, that would be the only other closed attraction that I can think of that came back to the park.

Maybe Mr. Lincoln...I think that closed for a little while and returned, but it's gone again.

It's encouraging. Dare I hope that this could be the start of a trend?

This just makes me so happy! My favorite memories of Disneyland are of going inside the castle. I can't wait to see it restored.

Me and my best friend are looking forward to its re-opening. That'll probably be the first attraction I go.

Getting closer! I'm so excited! What date is it set to open again? (I should probably read back through the thread huh?)
