Um, isn't the Disney Channel mainly targeted to girls? The Suite Life gives them cute eye-candy, Hannah Montana gives them an idol, and Raven... I can't stand her, so I haven't ever watched her show. And then you have things like HSM and Camp Rock, and I have to ask... when was the last time you saw a bunch of little boys hyped up about those who weren't- uh, I'll stop there.

I don't claim to know all that much about the Jonas Brothers, but aren't they into their mid to late teens? That's a little old to be targets for 'tween' boys (that word 'tween' creeps me out everytime I hear it), and a perfect age to be targets for teen girls. From what I understand, more teen girls are interested in Jonas Bros. than anyone.

^ Hmm... It must be a polar opposite for guys. I didn't even know the Jonas Brothers existed until a month ago. Their music makes me realize who much I enjoy silence.

They've been on the scene for a long time, and most girls either hate it on principle or love it to death. I know only... two JB songs I've liked: SOS and their rendition of Poor Unfortunate Souls.
