I just saw that as well! We are going Dec. 14-20. I was hoping to take my son on the sun wheel since it will be one of the few things he could ride. I love the sun wheel. Oh well, there's always next time.

I'm not a big fan of McDonald's anymore, so I won't miss it in the resort. Also, Golden Dreams didn't attract me to go in and check it out, so I'm looking forward to the The Little Mermaid ride.

Sincerely, a brother of a half-demon,

I never had that chance to go see Aladdin, so I'm a bit sad about it. I'm just glad that they're coming back, though.

Sincerely, a brother of a half-demon,

*quirks eyebrow* Lemme guess, you've never been to MGM- Disney Hollywood Studios. They have one there, or almost the equivalent of one. A TLM darkride... that someone you REALLY don't want to break down.

I'm looking forward to seeing what the Little Mermaid attraction is like.
I'm with you on golden dreams (though the sadist in me giggled at the 'six days to live quip made earlier), and the TLM ride I'm purely interested in on a technical level.

This makes me feel slightly better that I'm probably not going to be around DL much in the next few months. But only slightly :)

I'm sooo sad there won't be anymore Westward Ho! It was an obligatory thing every single time we went to Disney...

The Golden Dreams Show I Thought Was Good, But I Guess It Isn't What Disney Wanted For The Park. In My Opinion, Mc Donald's Should Of Been Removed Long Ago Like 2004. It Seems That New Orleans Square Is Going Under A Make Over. I Wonder What Is Going To Take Place. The NOS Railroad Station Is Closed As Well. There's A Wall Blocking The View From The Train.

Yesterday, as my family and I were going to Disneyland for the last time before I move to Oregon, I told them as we passed by Golden Dreams this was the LAST time we'll ever get to see it. They just walked on by without any care. I never cared for it. It was never really inspiring to me.

Isn't the TLM at Hollywood Studios a stage show and not a ride?

Is The Little Mermaid ride only a rumor, or is it confirmed by Disney?

On the main page of VF it says POTC is closed till November... but it's not on the Disneyland site, and it wasn't in this thread with a reason... anyone know??
I'll be there next month, and if I don't get POTC, and all these other attractions and shows, I'm going to be sooo bummed!

Now Whoopi can only be seen at one theme park ..... Universal Studios, Hollywood. As an emcee she's on USH's backlot tram tour.
