What does it take to be an Imagineer?

I'm not sure if anyone on VF is an Imagineer...but, there is this project I have to do in school for our future careers. I wanted to be a Disney Imagineer. I need these questions answered:

-How much does the job pay per hour? (That's all I need. I can do the math.)
-The Pros and Cons of being an Imagineer...
-How many paid vacation days can you get
-How many sick days do I get
-The benefits
-An hour-by-hour sample of what you do on the job (2 weeks if possible)
-type of major do you need (Ba, MA, Phd...etc)
-colleges/universities required to get job
-Skills I cna develop now while still in high school

If anyone can help me answer these questions, that would be great. Thanks!

Pros: You're an Imagineer.
Cons: Upper management & budget cuts.

As for college and universities, you'd do well to get at least a BA in whatever field you plan to work in. While in high school you should work, work, work-- accumulate a large porfolio so you can present your best when the time comes.

you might want to try and ask an Imaginer that is if you can get a hold of one to talk too.
in high school I suggest takeing any graphic design classes and or CADD classes to improve your skills at it, and get good grades in both HS and College, good luck on your project. ^_^
