The Little Mermaid 3

If you bought the Little Mermaid Platinum 2-Disc Special Edition DVD, you would have seen a preview for the Little Mermaid 3. It wasn't much of a preview, more like a scene from the first movie.

It's the scene from the first movie where Eric's ship is sinking, and playing is the song Ariel sings when Ursula steals her voice. (The Ahhh ahhh ahhh... thing) And shows what looks like Ursula's or Melody's shell locket sinking in the water.

Also there was a little clip where Ariel and Flounder get into some sort of music club and there are a whole bunch of fish playing music and dancing. I myself am interested to see what Disney does with this movie. If it will be good or bad.
What do you guys think about this new Sequel?

I'm not really sure what to think. I saw the clip and went, "Huhh?" It wasn't really a good preview. They need to come up with something better to entice people.

That's what I thought. I said "I want to see a preview for LM3, not something I already saw."

on the danish dvd, there's almost a preiw of the whole scene, at the dance club, not the ship one. I think it looks al little to child-ish, and like Tarzan 2, and Bambi 2, it feels stupid, when it's something that happend, in the middel of the movie. But I hope it's gonna be goodl

This one to be honest doesn't look that good, and I'm one of the few who is ECSTATIC about Cinderella III!

I heard on Wikipedia that Little Mermaid 3 will be the last one to premiere a direct to video movie.

to be honest, I'm getting a little tired of the sequels...I feel likes its almost like they're running out of creative ideas....

this is Disney. I'm not putting anything past them. And the plot for this looks... well, it sounds almost right, but this isn't worthy of the name 'special' let alone 'movie'. If you're looking for the details (because I'm not repeating such low-quality material here), check Amazon, they already have up the details. And I've gotten links for that teaser scene, and I'm sorry... it's just wrong. I can't bring myself to watch it, it's so wrong.

The sequel wasn't noteworthy other than maybe the french language track and two of the songs. And this is going to be even less so, as there are probably going to be even fewer songs as it's apparently a crime.
