Ideas for a Disney-style movie

Hey guys,

I was pondering a bit a few days ago while watching 'The Little Mermaid' and I was thinking all through it that I would really like to do a Disney-style animated musical in the style of 'The Little Mermaid' or one of the classic Disney musicals like 'Sleeping Beauty' or 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarves'.

I was wondering, since you all are Disney fans here, if you guys could help me come up with an idea I can pitch to my partner.

Technical Stuff:

Genre:
Musical/Adventure

Animation Style:
It will be digitally animated via an animation program called 'Anime Studio' but it will be 2D animation. It's the stuff I use to make my animated short films and my movies

Director:
Most likely I will write and direct

Music:
Aaron Long

Running Time:
Aiming for around 25-30 mins maybe longer

A Plot Summary

Characters:

The Hero (Can be male of female)

The Villain (or Villainess) (Can be funny (think Hades or Captain Hook) or just plain evil (the Queen in Snow White or Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty)

The Love Interest

Sidekick(s) and other minor characters

I'm open to any ideas! I'm gonna browse around and look through some fairy tales or something and see what I can find.
