Default Dancing with the Stars

So I don't know who all here watches Dancing with the Stars (and I PROMISE, this is Disneyland related, and if it gets off topic, mods, go ahead and move it!), but yesterday (Tuesday) I was watching and Joey and Edyta went to Disneyland to campaign and promote! WAS ANYONE THERE WHEN THEY WENT? I was all, AHH, DISNEYLAND! when I was watching, haha. It looked like they got special blue hats, too (Dreams hats, maybe?). Anyone know when they filmed that? *is so jelus*

Thought I would ask, just to see. :)

my best friend was there, watched them perform, and sent me a pic of joey on my cell :) I'll tell her about this thread so she can write in and decribe it a little better.

yes, i was there! it was this last friday... the 3rd. of november. i was walking up the ticket booth at the front of the park and noticed off to the side they had a "VIP star entrace, check in booth" thing... so i was like "hmmm, i wonder what thats for?" then as i was walking into the park by the AP building, there was a sign off to the side, almost hidden and it said that Joey and Edyta would be performing in front of the castle today at 12:30! so of course i went nuts... i was there for the whole thing, and it was fun, but i knew it'd be a while cause i had been at disneyworld when they filmed a sugar ray concert there, and it took forever because they have to film it in sections, like crowd shots and then a couple performance shots... so on... anyway, so they did there dance twice, and then they answered some questions from the audiance, then they got off stage and were signing autographs and i was literally like a ft. away from joey... he was about to take a picture with me, but some security guy pulled him away because he had to go i guess... oh well, but i was a really fun experience... he looked like he had a lot of fun! oh, and after they were off the air, him and edyta were dancing with mickey and minnie, it was soooo cute! anyway, hope that gives you a little insight into the show.... :)

Yeah, I watch Dancing with the Stars and I was like "OMG, I wish I would've known!" If I had known about it, I definitely would have gone. I love watching the show and I would've loved supporting Joey and Edyta.

I want Mario to win. He has a lot more poise, grace and talent when it comes to dancing. And besides, he is HOT!

I wasn't there but I'd like to see Mario win. I'm still upset that Willa got voted off as early as she did. I adore that girl and was rooting for her all the way.

AHH, I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO LAST FRIDAY! Oh, well. :)

As for the finale, they're both very good. I think I want Mario to win though, just because there's something about him that's just... yeah. But if Emmitt wins, that's another win for Cheryl, YAY CHERYL! We'll see! (I HAVE TO WORK THAT TUESDAY, I'm so sad, so I can't watch the show until Wednesday or something. WOE.)

While I do agree that Mario is hot, he looks to much like a professional dancer. Don't get me wrong, Mario is a fantastic dancer but Emitt looks like a regular guy and he has a broader fan base, what with his football fans, all the women who like him and the fact that he just looks like a regular guy. Guys who see Emitt see that a football player can dance, just like anybody else.

What irks me though is that it is a DANCING competition, not a personality competition. Then again, when it comes to normal people voting, it's all about popularity and not actual talent.

And as a side note, Mario isn't a professional ballroom dancer. They wouldn't have even put him in the competition if he was.
