Lightbulb Universal Studios

Hey, I was going to make a space ride, but... I'm going to Orlando this summer and I got interested in Universal Orlando. And this is NOT a recreation. It kind of is but, like my rockin' rollercoaster, its a mixture of Orlando and Hollywood. But it still has a universal feel, and type of park and stuff. So..without further adu...I present to you... 2 SCREENS! YEAH!

This is the entrance before I built production central.^

Begginings of production central^

Comments and CONSTRUCTIVE critiscizm appreciated!

[IMG][/IMG/]
^Heres the overview of Production Central, with Jimmy Neutrons' Blast in the backround.

^ Heres a closer look at the "highlight" of the quene, which is the "NICK" sign in flowers.

And, I don't have a pic of this, but maybe you saw it in another pic, but I added the little decoration to the top of the sound stages, to make it look more realistic.

Comments and constructive stuff GREATLY appreciated! Thanks, and I'll try to update more often.

k the one in universal isn't a castle. Its a soundstage with the brick on the sides and coat of arms and things like that. The queue is on the side of the building let me give you a picture

Ok so here you have your two show buildings. Shrek and rocket blast, shrek is right across from rocket blast. The queue's are covered with a metal type roofing, use the roof from stuk71's hanger sets, i think its called the cladding piece or something. Anyway there are about five or six switch backs in the shrek queue but i didn't want to draw that, and about 3-4 in Rocket blast. The very front of rocket blast has a wall in front, its the height of one wall piece, in real life its about 7- 8 feet high. Hope that helps

Wow... great post! lol I now crown you the constructive critisizm king!

Ok.. bad news, I am getting really swamped with school work.. (No, I'm not an adult) So I probably won't start up on this again until my school gets out (which is about 2 weeks, so no need to get impatient) And that post will really help, ryguy, thanks!

Default Tour of Production Central

I loved that ride! Oh, well, I also love simpsons, so we'll see how it turns out. I'll probably make a trubute to the ride, but make some kind of Simpsons attracition nearby.

,.:EDIT:.,
Ok, I went to the construction site to check on how it was going, and it looks pretty good! (Sorry for small pics, try clicking on them, but they might not work, sorry).

^I started the day at the entrance, obviously, and it looks great!

^Heres the start of Production Central, looking good!

Continued on next post....
