Post RCT3 Help- Graphics Card

I've recently purchased a copy of Roller Coaster Tycoon 3...the only problem is that my current video card is incapable of generating the graphics that the game demands I've decided to go to Walmart soon to purchase a new video card. My current budget is $65.00, unfortunately. So, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a card to buy.

Here are my computer properties. I'm pretty sure I have the necessary requirements to play, I just need a better card.

First piece of advice: don't go to Walmart for tech stuff, unless you see a good deal on good tech in advance. It's generally not the highest quality for the price. I've always been a newegg.com diehard - plenty of purchases, no complaints, good customer service if necessary. I'd try the

Newegg.com - MSI R4650-MD1G Radeon HD 4650 1GB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

It runs the Radeon HD 4650 chipset, which gives you 1GB of DDR2 memory with DVI and HDMI outs. A friend of mine has it, and he pulls 30+fps consistently on Counterstrike: Source with graphics set to high. Getting a good card for under $65 is tough, but the price on this recently dropped, and is pretty good bang for your buck (note the $15 mail in rebate).

make sure you have PCI-Express for that...I'm figuring you might have an AGP.

Good point- are we talking PCI, PCI Express, or AGP?

Well I appreciate your advice. However I would like to know if a EVGA 256MB PCI E-GEFORCE 6200LE DDR Graphics Card
EVGA 256MB PCI E-GEFORCE 6200LE DDR Graphics Card would be sufficient enough. Not great, just good enough to play the game because as I've said before, all I need is enough.

Ok, I bough an ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO, installed the card, installed the program, but I still get an error. It says that I need to update the drivers, should I and will this allow it to work?

I have this same problem. But the graphics cards I was looking at are expensive. And my tower is ancient. So, I still have RCT3, I just haven't played it. I think I will wait until we update our tower.

I figured that my only solution is a new computer or laptop. Which would any of you recommend? I mean I wish I could play the game with no hassle or having to buy upgrades. If this is not possible, then please say so :)
