Pictures Close to the Track on RCT3?

I'm making a new park for RCT3 but I'm running into a problem. This problem involves "billboards". Unlike walls, the picture side can't be too close from the track. Even if it doesn't touch the track, it won't be allowed because the little square (on the picture side) in front intersects. I thought it would be solved with that "JohnCJ" thing because of the "Allow scenery to intersect" option. It doesn't work with the pictures nor a "Babylon shell" because of that square. These pictures will be needed at a certain proximity on some rides (like a Raiders of the Lost Ark ride) but that proximity won't be allowed because of that square thing.

Alright, your wording confused me a bit, but as I understand it your problem is that you have a billboard near the tracks, and it won't let you place the billboard?
If you could take a picture of you placing the object and its issue I could better understand whats going on.
Just press down the "F10" key on your keyboard, and a picture of the screen is put into
My documents/my pictures/rct3
then upload it, and let me have a look at it.

John JC's options editor is not to blame here, so doing it manually won't do anything. Some things still don't work out even with those options on. Another thing is, the two expansion packs fixed up some glitches that lots of us liked. Like being able to build rides under water, or have them skim the water. There are some other glitches that occur when you turn on the options.txt cheats. But soaked, and wild (mainly wild) solved a lot of those problems.
Wild has lots of things that make RCT3 gamers a bit upset. There are different collision detection things that screw up that kind of stuff. The auto tunneler for example. Anyway, thats my guess, but if you post a picture I may be able to help you out.

That's fine. I'm not going anywhere. But if your having trouble with uploading the picture then i suggest making a photo bucket account because its free, and there isn't a limit, but if its because you can't get in RCT3 for a while that's fine too.
