Default Nolimits or Roller Coaster Tycoon?

Hey everybody!

I had a quick question about what you guys think is better, Nolimits or Roller Coaster Tycoon.

I have RCT3 right now and I am thinking about asking for Nolimits for christmas, I like Nolimits because of the Mac compatablity (I have a Mac) but I hear RCT4 is coming out and is supposed to be good, thanks for any input!

There are pro's and con's of each. I have RCT3, and I am totally happy with it. The graphics are not very realistic, but it is very fun. No Limits has VERY good graphics, but is awefully laggy. Plus, I don't think you get to run a park. I don't know though

I have not heard anything about RCT4 being released. There was a rumor that it was already out, but it was false. I will have to google that. Do you have a link to a website?

I suggest RCT3, but I have not tried the other, like I said

RCT3 hands down. No Limits is just too hard to make a really good coaster on it. RCT3 is easy, plus you're able to run realistic looking parks on it as well (if you have custom scenery of course).

Now, I know RCT4 isn't coming out anytime soon, but I did hear thet something will come out in the near future by some other company that has the realism of No Limits and the easiness and wide array of possibilities of owning a realistic park like RCT3. maybe it's just a rumor, idk.

I like both. No Limits just takes a bit of getting used to. RCT3 has good graphics, and so does No Limits. No Limits just has a bit more realism (provided the ride is actually realistic, and doesn't launch at like five thousands Miles Per Hour). An no you can't run a park in no limits kileli, it would be cool. What is the source of this RCT4?

I googled RCT4, there is nothing in the works. One site said there was a lawsuit over the name, or something. So don't expect for one to come out soon. Atari or other companies have not realeased a word if they even will make another one or not.

Yeah, there is some legal crap going around, with Chris Sawyer, since Frontier basicly through his RCT3 in the trash, and made their own.

You should try it out, get the demo, because its a pretty good game. I like it because you can be ride operator, open and close restraints, E-Brakes and so on. I did look around for an RCT4 and it looks legit until i saw what pictures are on the back
http://forums.eu.atari.com/showpost....&postcount=158

Thats at a Netherlands site, and they speak dutch there, but for some reason the dictionrary.com's translator won't translate anything at the moment. But if you look at the two pictures on the back cover you'll notice that those are screen shots that were also on the cover of RCT3's case.

I also found some more pictures on another site

http://rctblog.bloogle.es/descargas-rct3/
The pictures in the middle 4th- 10th, were released, by someone. It sorta looks like a 3D Version of RCT Chris sawyers Version, but many found out that it was indeed fan art, as there view of a possible RCT4. The top four could possibly be RCT4 pictures, but who knows, this site doesn't state any sources.
Its too bad atari didn't take Chris's idea, as he said in a press release that His RCT3 was 3D and he was already working on a fourth, but now that Atari used Frontier, who knows if Chris will ever release the fourth game.

And I just found an article on Frontiers Website saying that the lawsuit has been dropped, because of an out of court settlement doesn't list any sources so im not sure if its true or not.

I've heard both sides of the story, and I sure do hope that there will be a RCT4.
That would be AWESOME!!
