Ok then in that case, download the file, copy it, go into my documents, then find the RCT3 folder, then find the Coasters folder, and put it somewhere in there.
Then find the inverted coaster and click on the little folder. I believe Dueling Dragons is inverted, just look in the folder and it should be there.
