The greenish color would be the grass underneath all the scenery. Use Jcats steelworx i haven't had any problems with that.

honestly the catwalk set im using is a billion times better than what comes in the "steelworx" set , and the only reason its green is cause if you pay attention to the pic i put up there is some grass showing on the floor which ive already covered up , but even before i covered it up when ever id set the game to night time the catwalks would be normal xD

Well i know the X-ray effect when I see it. And if you cover it up there isn't a difference. It appears to be not on when you have it in night mode, but its just not as obvious.

im a little confused xD , when you talk about the "X-ray effect" your talking about the green color on the catwalks right? lol , (sry if im stupid lol ) well if so , when ever i use that set during night mode in the game i never see any green , even when i zoom in , the set im using is called the "ATH-Catwalk Set" , and in my preview video (which is kinda crappy lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qpu_HmR81RI) you can see that there isnt any green color xD , but yea ive finally edited that track ALOT and now it is in sync the way its supposed to be , it is now nothing like the preview video i put up , it doesnt go ahead of the coundown to be in sync xD

After watching the video, it is not the X-ray effect. But the x-ray effect is common. In modeling, if you have an object with an opening in it, like the gaps between the catwalks, its sometimes easier, to just make that solid, but put a clear, translucent texture on it, so it looks like its a gap. This happens to people who make Light fixtures, and glass textures. What it does, is you cannot see any scenary through it. Just People, and Tracks. So any thats in that area becomes invisible, or you can see through it, hence its called x-ray effect or issue or whatever. But since on the video you could still see the cars, and the walls and stuff, its not because of the x-ray effect its a Draw distance problem. CS usually doesn't have good draw distance. So when your far way, it becomes invisible, and thats why you saw the grass on the other side. However, if thats the case, then most of those blocks should be invisible, and when you look through the steps you can't see the track. Very odd... Im not sure whats going on lol.

^Looks better, but you got a lot of work yet. Supports, etc. Another problem with Matt's set is that the lift exterior doesn't have stars on it! If you can make a tunnel outside of that lift, with stars on the outside it'd look so much better.

Looks much better, but you need to cover up the station. You can see it a few different times. Also get rid of the star supports I think, they stand out a lot, and they look pretty cheesy. But its your ride, these are only suggestions.
Good Luck

By the way, will you be using your camcorder for the final version, or will you record it in game? I highly suggest in game. If your PC can run the game regularly, or close to regularly, it will run the video recorder extremely smooth! Yes yes, it does take a while longer, because it captures frame by frame, very slowly. This is so your computer has time to think and create the graphics, without ruining speed of the video.

And if you must use a camcorder then us a Tri pod if you've got one.
