Which is your favorite resort hotels?

What is everyones favorite resort hotel to stay in and why?
My family is trying to decide where to stay and we have never stayed in a REsort hotel, so i was just looking for some input and advice!

My fave resort hotel is the Grand Californian. It is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! It is definately more expensive, but I think its worth the money...imho.

well i stayed at both the grand and DL hotel and i like the Grand hotel better but as far as the room i love the DL hotel its bigger and feels like your at Disneyland, only because of all the mickey stuff! for the price i would stay at the DL hotel but if you have never stayed at the grand stay there one time at least!
