Lightbulb Trip Weather

Hello Everyone! Hope all is having a great summer.

My family is heading to DLR from July 20-25. We are from Utah, and it is about 100 degrees here today, but i was wondering how the heat has been so far? And if it gets to be needing a jacket at night?
I'm crossing my fingers that the lines won't be too long, I want my parents to enjoy the time just as much as their grandkids will. There will be 14 of us (I know huge group). My neices and nephew make 4 kids ranging from 5-11, and then the rest of us are adults. (I had to add this lol, but it is pretty funny because my whole immediate fam takes up one whole Small World Boat) It is really fun to just have the whole boat to each other and talk back and forth. There are four of us in the fam, and then we are all married, too.)
We will be staying at the Fairfield Inn Marriott, right across the street. Hopefully the hotel will be nice.
We all went last year, but it just seemed to be a rush, so hopefully the longer stay will make up for that.
If you have any tips, that would be great too!

May I suggest:

Keep an eye on the weather leading up to the trip. Monitoring will give you an Idea of how the weather works here. But if I had to take a stab in the dark I would go with Hot, with a chance of Super Hot, followed by warm evenings. It shouldn't be that cold at nigh here at all.
carry a light jacket or hoodie if you get cold easy but other than that you should be fine.

I Live in the Inland Empire(About 50 Miles East of Anaheim) so I can't give you specifics. I can say the smoke from the Fires up north has not reached us and has a slim chance of doing so.

Have fun.

Before every trip I always look up the weather, I feel like it really helps me so also wanted checked for you. Although it wasn't the exact days, but the week of. And it looks like its going to be in the 80's which isn't to bad. But you never know, I would check regularly. I hope that helps. Have a Great Time! :)
