Re-check your hotel rates

I made reservations for a Disney trip in August at an off-site place. So just recently I went back to the same site because some friends were thinking of joining us..the rates were now lower as the date came closer. So I called the hotel and asked if they would lower my rate, or should I cancel and rebook. But they lowered the rate, no biggy. So ya never know !! :)

Yeah with published rates sometimes the rates can fluctuate if they get better specials in that are only valid for certain times of travel and when they get them will depend on that also. Luckily since I work for a wholesale company to Hawaii, our specials vary but are usually pretty consistent with what we get. But yeah we get clients sometimes that ask "Why did they get an upgrade, or why was their room $300 less?"
