Default One Day At Disneyland...

I'm most likely going to Disneyland next month for one day, which for my family is unheard of, and I was wondering if you have one day at the parks, what would you place priority on?
What rides do you go on if you have only one day? I'm going in November so there will be some crowds so yep... any suggestions on musts. I'm familiar with the park so I know what i'd like to do I'm just curious to see what are your *musts*?

Well, timing of your one day will be a deciding factor. I'd recommend going on or after the 13th (a Friday), which is when the holiday season begins at the parks. Remember to use Fastpass effectively. A brief recap: You can get a new Fastpass either two hours after getting the previous one, or at the beginning of the window on the previous one. Additionally, Cast Members won't strictly hold you to the end of the window - if you're eating, or in line for another ride, there's no need to rush to make the end of the window on a Fastpass. If you get Fastpasses as they become available, you can hit all of the Mountains, Fantasyland rides, and a few other miscellaneous rides of your choosing with no problems whatsoever. I'll usually go hit favorite rides, and then try to catch any entertainment offerings for the night. The 9:25 fireworks in front of the castle -> 10:30 Fantasmic! rush is always a good way to wrap up an evening, in my opinion.

Ooh yay! I'm excited! Thanks everyone for all the input!

I'm thinking we're going to be there the 13th - 17th of November but only be able to do DL one day? Thats a Friday night through Tuesday when we leave. Anyone know which day would be the least crowded? Sat - Monday?

Well I talked to my mom and its looking like Monday is becoming our Disney day. We were going to try and stretch it out to two days and get hopper tickets but in all honesty, its too expensive too soon, lol! Oh well, its still Disneyland! :)

When I do a one day trip, I actually skip all the shows and get as many rides in as I can. If I'm pooped at the end of the day, I'll choose fireworks or Fantasmic, but I'm still usually going strong :)

Hey everyone, I found out I'm not going to Disneyland next month afterall. To make a long story short it just didn't work out. I'm incredibly bummed but I thank all of you for your input anyway!
