June Crowds

Hi I am going the first week of June, and I was wondering what the crowd levels are like. I've only been to DL once before, but im going with a bunch of people who have never been to any disney park before and I really want to put in as much time as possible.

I know that there is a grad night one day that we are there, and the park closes at 9 insted of 11 (Not a huge deal) but I was just wondering other wise, what I maybe up against.

We're scheduled to arrive at the park on June 2nd, staying until the 7th. I would imagine that first weekend the park will be busy, however the first days of the week we should be fine. The schools are still in session in So. Cal.

Good! Weekends will always be busy, and I noticed that there are some black out days during that time, so it should help a bit I would think. I just hope that it will be alright during the week. Have a fantastic time when you go too.

I've gone weekdays in early June thinking it would be the perfect time. My daughter is out of school (she lives in CO), but most local schools aren't out yet. Light crowds on week days... right?

All I can say is WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So Cal APs are blocked out the bulk of the summer.... but the exceptions were Mondays and Tuesdays in June. Those last few days they could visit before they were blocked out for 2 months were PACKED!!!!

This year, it looks like they've added more June days that the SoCal Aps can go. Including all but Saturday of the last week of June. Maybe trying to spread out the number of days that they can go "one last time" before they're blocked out.

However, SoCal Select (the cheapest APs) are still limited to only Mondays and Tuesdays in June before being blocked out for a couple months.

I'd expect those days to be WAY more crowded than the days later in the week when the SoCal APs are blocked.

I do everything I can to avoid those June days that SoCal APs can go to DL.

So Cal Select is blacked out the bulk of the summer. Not the So Cal Annual. I have a So Cal Annual Pass.

Ummm..... Are you sure?

I'd call 13 days of June, all of July, and the first half of August "the bulk of the summer".

DAP and PAP are the only passes that can go the bulk of summer. DAPs are blocked Spring-Summer Saturdays and holiday weekends.
