Question June 11-12-13

Are Wednesday/thursday Usually The Quietest Days At Dl? Thinking Of Taking My 9 Year Old June 12/13 To See Nemo. Also, Will The Grad Night Closures Be Over By Then? Thanks!

I'm not to sure about the grad night days. But I do know schools in the area don't get out til around the 20th. Also if you are going the day after or two days after an opening of a new ride, expect BIG crowds. Good luck!

I believe that some of the days are Grad Nite Days, but most don't get in until after 6PM for their parties.

It will be nowhere near quiet no matter which days of the week you pick around then.

^ yea. Due to the Nemo Ride, you might get lucky though. All the crowds will flock over there and leaving other attractions with under average crowds.

^ Oh the other attractions will have plenty of crowds as well. Only so many people can fit into 8 subs operating continuously throughout any given day.

I wonder if they will eventually have FP for this attraction?

The only way FP would work on this ride is if it was ONLY a fastpass ride. It just doesn't fit enough people to support fastpasses and a standby line.

I went on June 12 last year and it wasn't crowded at all. I was shocked! However, it will be a TOTALLY different story with Nemo opening. Re: grad nights. No doubt still happening, but not necessarily every night. Keep a good attitude and have fun!

Thanks Debi - I'm actually thinking of switching to June 19th now. A Tuesday, a week after Nemo opens and the park will be open until midnight. Hopefully it won't be too hot!

We're going to be there at that time (as we are every year) and it seems mornings - early mornings - are best to catch the popular rides. Being a week after the opening, hopefully it will hold true for Nemo.

But debijeanm has the best advice:

Take things as they come, pick up some churros, and enjoy each other and the Park.

You will have a better time going on a tuesday, it's usually walk on every ride.
