Default Early December

My wife and I decided we are going this december, our family's first time going twice in the same calendar year! WOOHOO!

Anyway, we will be there from the 4th of December through the 13th.

Was anybody there at that time last year? How were the crowds?

^ Yay! How fun. In my experience going in December, the crowds are lighter earlier in the month. The closer to Christmas, the more people. We are supposed to go Dec. 14-20, but my husband may be losing his job so we are not sure now. We would just miss you! Have fun! Have you been at the holidays? It is AMAZING!

Our first time going as a family was in early-mid November of 2005. They had all the decorations up, and the snowing after the fireworks and stuff.

It was AMAZING. To date our best trip. We're so excited to be there during the christmas season again. We've never seen the christmas parade.

How long after Christmas do the holiday decorations stay up?

We usually go the first to second week of December and it's a great experience. There are hardly any lines for anything. You'll have a great time.

Yeah, the Park's pretty quiet at that time of year. You shouldn't have a problem with crowds much at all. You picked a good time to go.

You'll be there for the Candlelight Procession, too, which I believe takes place on the 4th and 5th of December this year. The Park will be pretty crowded those days, but most folks will be on Main Street waiting for the show for the majority of the day, so everywhere else should be fine. Unless you want to see the show, then... well, anyway, you'll figure it out. No need for me to keep rambling.

The Christmas Fantasy parade is cute and you'll enjoy it since you've never seen it before. Be sure to wave hello to Santa (he's always watching....).

Have a fantastic trip, baldbandit!

Hmm. I always thought it was busy in the whole month of December.

^ It doesn't really get too busy until the middle of the month. That's when people would be flying out to visit family for the holidays and everyone would be wanting to come see Disneyland, etc. Usually around that time it gets crowded.
