Default Disneyland in June

I've planned my trip for the beginning of June and I've been trying to find out what the park hours are, weather, etc.. for that time of year. I've been there in July and August before..is it similar to those months? Any info helps!!

Almost exactly like those months. Peak Season starts towards the end of May and ends around Labor Day.

We went last year at that exact time thinking that it wouldn't be as busy and we were so wrong. It is just as busy as July and August. Last year in the begining of June it was the time when all the schools were doing there field trips. So there were a lot of big groups of kids everywere. The evenings weren't as bad because all those groups seemed to disapear. Bring your shorts too because last year it was pretty hot and humid during the day and cool at night. I forget when the time change is but when we went in that first week of June we had a few midnight days. During the week I think is when it closed early. Hope this helps you plan. You will have fun anytime you go. We always do.

Well if you go in June you're going to run across kids getting out of school until the next school year, or kids going for end of the school year parties/field trips. June, July, and August are all high seasons for travel, since it's summer vacation and families think that's a good time to go. Prices will usually be higher, and the parks are more crowded. The weather is nice, usually very hot, so tank tops and shorts are all you need.

I went the second week of June and the third week of June last year. I was comfortable in slacks and t-shirt with a sweatshirt at night. I didn't think it was uncomfortable either day (July and August get much hotter and much more humid.) As far as crowds, they were much lighter than the off-season months of January or March but not nearly as heavy as summer. Yes, a lot of schools go there at the end of the year, but a lot go to Magic Mountain, too, so it's not like every SoCA kid is there.

My Daughter and I are going right at the beginning of June. We went last year for the movie premiere and the opening of the pirates ride now thats a crowd. The year before we were there for the opening for the 50th and that was worst, so hopefully it won't be as bad. But it still was great, even had a couple days of rain. So not too hot.

We'll arrive at the park on June 2nd this year (Saturday) and leave the 7th. I'm betting on the weekdays being less crowded.

Our family also plans to go to Disneyland on June 2nd-6th. In the past we've gone during August (Crowded), and during December (REALLY Crowded). But either way, we stayed enough day's to enjoy the park(s) even with the crowds at Disneyland and CA Adventure. After many visits, we finally decided this time to stay at the Disneyland Hotel (our first time EVER) and we are very excited. Can anyone share with me their experiences staying at the Disneyland Hotel, good or ? When I check in can I request for a room in a certain tower, and which one out of the three do you think is the best? Any other recommendations/tips/secrets you could share about the Disneyland Hotel would be helpful... Thanks!
