December 26- January 1 (in my opinion), the busiest time of the year. We have the Christmas stuff, plus in a few days, there is the New Year's countdown. Tons and tons of people come during this time during the year because school's also out. Starting from around December 20-21-ish, I think that most schools are out and come to Disneyland for the holidays. HOLIDAY MAGIC! =)

If it's anything like WDW, the Magic Kingdom and MGM started turning people away at 9:30 AM!!!!!!! on Christmas Day! Of course, that was in 1996, but i doubt the crowds are less.

I bet they're more!

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter are HUGE peak seasons. Expect a lot of lines, lots of people, and Fast Passes to run out by 10:00am!

Here's a site that shows the park attendance.

The least busiest days are always the days directly after the busy spurts of crowds. IE the day after labor day, or Christmas Vacation, Easter Vacation, ect. But your day will probably be crowded. But even still, Disneyland handles large capacities well. I've been on maximum capacity days, and most lines weren't over 40 minutes except for Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and at points during the day Indy which would be at around 1 - 2 hours. I wouldn't worry about it that much. Just stratigize your Fast Pass usage and have fun. :)

That is possibly the busiest week of the year for DLR, starting with Christmas day. So, be prepared. It's still fun, and Disney is the only company that can handle those sorts of crowds.
