Crowds in May??

Its looking like my wife and I may end up changing our yearly trip from March to May due to crazy refurbs of some key attractions. How are the crowds in May? are they bad?? Is April any better? If so, when is California spring break so we can avoid it.

I went in the Middle of May and there was like no one there the only Line I really had to stand in line for was Splash Mountain other than that every ride was like below 20 minutes of a wait time.

You might want to keep an eye out on the calendar... If they hold the Pirates of the Caribbean 3 premiere at Disneyland, it will be sometime that month prior to the movie release on May 26th. It is a great event, and the lines are very short that day because everyone is camped out on the red carpet.

I went in mid-May a couple of years ago, and it was GREAT! Nice weather -- not too hot -- schools were still in session, so the crowds were pretty light. Only downside was that the parks weren't open Summer hours yet, so they closed early (8 or 9 at night, I can't remember...)

the crowds should be low because of school, and i think it may be nice. spring break is earlier.
