Dream, Imagine, Create - The Art of Disney Parks Event
September 13 - 14, 2007

Join us as we celebrate Dream, Imagine, Create ~ The Art of Disney Parks which showcases the talents of an array of Disney Artists. The event scheduled to take place in September 2007, will include artwork on display currently at the Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach, California, a special live auction where we will offer treasures from our private reserves including 50th Anniversary celebration items and beyond, as well as other opportunities to purchase archival pieces of Disney history. In addition, the Downtown Disney? District will host an artist festival over the course of the weekend (September 15-16) dedicated to the art of local artist participants.

I'm not sure, the info page says "Updated - 7/19/07", and it doesn't say exactly where the auction will be.

The URL has "disneygallery" in the string, but it may just be that they haven't reorganized the website yet.

It could be that the gallery will be emptied of it's merchandise and used to hold this auction before being remodeled? Or the event could be being held somewhere else. It doesn't say.

Although the Gallery is closing I imagine there will still be some place where fans can purchase Disney art.

it should stay open somewhere,I really liked it ,and looked forward to seeing it again.

This is going on while I will at DLR. It would be cool if it is in the gallery so I can see it one last time.
